Abbotsbury and Langton Herring

Langton Herring

  • THE Dorset Branch of the Dry Stone Walling Association is running a course at Lower Farm, Langton Herring on Saturday, September 12/13.

The cost of a basic weekend course is £60.

It begins at about 09.30am on Saturday, finishing at about 4.00pm on Sunday.

During this time you will take down and rebuild length of wall under the expert eye of the instructor and branch members will be on hand to give assistance.

It is physical work but anyone of average fitness can take part.

It is very satisfying to see the finished wall at the end of the Sunday session.
