AWARD-winning local chef Roberto Dagostino who runs the Riverhouse Village Inn at Upwey has make a special chocolate crunch cake just like Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding cake.
Renowned for his seasonal fayre and homemade desserts he will be making it as William suggests with the British favourite McVities Rich Tea together with dark chocolate, glace fruits and nuts. Roberto said: “We wanted to do something special at the Riverhouse so I thought I’d make a crunch cake just like the happy couple.”
Lorraine and Roberto Dagostino will be showing the wedding during the day before serving special dinner in the evening complete with homemade elderflower cordial in a Royal Punch, which is free on arrival.
