PATRIOTIC families threw a string of street parties as Bridport and celebrated the Royal wedding.
Hundreds of revellers also poured into the Electric Palace in South Street to watch a live screening of the ceremony.
They cheered, proudly waved Union Jacks and even cracked open champagne at the special party.
Michelle Nokes, of Loders, was with her daughter Gemma, 17, and her friend Anya Iwaszko, 18, at the front.
She said: "We were queuing to get in.
"We could have watched it at home but it was fabulous to come to the Electric Palace and watch it in this atmosphere."
There was also a sea of red, white and blue bunting in the town centre as shops, pubs and businesses joined in the celebrations.
