UPDATED: Engineers working on Weymouth power cut

POWER has been restored for 150 Weymouth homes left without electricity this morning. Southern Electric engineers have repaired a fault in a transformer which occurred at around 7.30am. Homes in Hanover Road, Carlton Road North and South, Alexandra Road, Kirtleton Avenue and Glendinning Avenue were affected. A spokesman for Southern Electric apologised for any inconvenience.
