PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Purbeck District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 29 March 2012. Applicant: W S Retail Limited. Address of premises:Wool News, 1-2 Dorchester Road, Wool, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 6EJ. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 23.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Purbeck District Council, Licensing Team, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, Dorset,BH20 4PP. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 26 April 2012.
