CHARLES JOHN SMITH, aged 63, of High Street, Wyke Regis, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath was 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
