Notice is given that J C & R H Palmer Ltd has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Palmers Wine Store, West Bay Road, Bridport DT6 4JA to amend both the opening hours and the selling of alcohol on and off the premises to read 08.00 to 23.00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive. Reason for variation is to include new facility for the sale of samples.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
