A MAN aged 19 was stabbed in an attack at Littlemoor in Weymouth, police said.
The Poole man suffered injuries to his neck, ears and arms in the attack outside a house off Louviers Road.
A 21-year-old man from Weymouth has been arrested and released on bail.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward - including a man and woman who talked to the victim on a train from Weymouth on the same evening.
Police have just released details of the incident which happened last Friday night.
The alleged offender is described as a white man aged in his 20s, around 5ft nine inches tall, of heavy build and with short black hair.
