Comments should be made on-line, by email planning@westdorset-weymouth.gov.uk, or in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice. All comments will be published online. It is not normally possible to acknowledge or enter into further correspondence arising from any comments you make.
With regard to householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
