THIEVES have stolen a distinctive boat from outside a house near Blandford.
The white and blue Bonwitco 495 moulded plastic fishing vessel, was taken while mounted on a galvanised iron trailer parked outside Butlers House, Higher Street, Iwerne Minster.
It has a large Suzuki-branded engine on the rear and is quite distinctive in appearance, say marine officers who are investigating the theft which happened on July 30.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
