A MAN and wife were airlifted by the Portland Coastguard helicopter after become stuck in dense scrub below Burning Cliff at Ringstead Bay.
Wyke coastguard officers were called at around 8pm on Saturday but the pair were in an inaccessible position for a land unit rescue.
They were winched to safety and did not require medical assistance.
