FOOD and drink producers from Dorset are heading to the Speciality and Fine Food Fair at London Olympia.
They will be in the Taste of the West pavilion today and tomorrow.
They include Dorset Farms of Beaminster and the Lyme Bay Winery.
John Sheaves, chief executive of Taste of the West, said: “The Taste of the West pavilion is a major opportunity for small and medium sized companies to come together in one dedicated area to promote their food and drink to a huge and expanding market. “With consumer demand for locally produced quality food and drink holding up in the face of tough economic times, provenance is becoming the point of difference for retailers and foodservice buyers alike.”
