A BEACHGOER who was stung by a weaver fish was treated by medics.
Portland Coastguard was alerted to the incident after a member of the public rang to say the swimmer had been stung off shore from Studland Beach at 2.24pm yesterday.
Officers from the Swanage Coastuard Rescue Team attended and the casualty was taken to the National Trust first aid room for treatment.
