A TEENAGER has been told to ‘take stock’ of her life after being handed a community order.

Hannah Robson, 19, of Dorchester Road, Weymouth, appeared at Dorchester Crown Court to be sentenced for assault occasioning actual bodily harm and criminal damage.

Judge Roger Jarvis said he was ‘quite concerned’ about the defendant, who has 13 previous convictions, including nine for violence.

She was handed a 12-month community order with supervision requirements and ordered to complete a ‘thinking skills’ programme.

Judge Jarvis said: “It is plain that you are bright and energetic, so you have a lot of advantages and what you have got to do is take stock of your life.

“All of this will, I hope, help you in putting behind this woefully immature way you have behaved, and make the most of your attributes and no longer come back before the courts.”

Robson was found guilty of assaulting her former neighbour Max Rayworth after an altercation involving Mr Rayworth’s father Peter and the defendant’s boyfriend.

She was also found guilty of damaging a police cell where she was detained in September last year.

In mitigation, Jamie Porter said Robson’s flat was ‘invaded’ by Rayworth senior. He added: “It is undisputed that the son did come to pull him out, and she caused him an injury which she very much regrets.”
