SEVERE weather has meant several Dorset events have been called off today.
The Eggardon Kite Festival, which was to take place near Bridport, has been cancelled, and the Dorset One World Festival, in Dorchester, will also not go ahead.
The Rotary Dorset bike ride at Wareham has been postponed due to high winds and Dorset Wildlife Trust's Walk for Wildlife has been called off due to heavy rain.
