Is this raising more money for them to buy alcohol with? Not all of those using the hub are homeless, a number if them are benefit scrounging, lazy spongers that are abusing a system designed to help those with nowhere to live. I have great sympathy with those genuinely homeless through no fault if their own however should those that are already getting more from the tax payer than hard working families will ever receive be given even more "help". I would rather see those contributing to society getting something back!
