MAGNA Housing Association and lawyers Foot Anstey LLP have struck up a partnership agreement.
Commercial property solicitor Karenza Frear will work on secondment with the Dorchester-based affordable housing provider. Karenza has five years’ experience as a qualified commercial property solicitor.
The one day a week secondment provides ad hoc and specific legal support to Magna’s development and legal teams. Magna and Foot Anstey said the sharing of specialist knowledge will be of benefit to residents, in particular shared owners looking to make their first steps on the property ladder. Karenza said: “This partnership is beneficial to both sides.
“I gain a better understanding of the issues that social housing providers face and Magna receives the benefit legal expertise from me and my colleagues at Foot Anstey.”
