JURORS have heard a woman’s claims that she was locked in a house in Weymouth and raped.

Louay Elamin, 32, is standing trial at Dorchester Crown Court for two counts of rape and two charges of false imprisonment.

He denies trapping the woman in his then home in Weymouth, forcing her to perform a sexual act on him and then forcing himself upon her.

Elamin, of Kings Road, Ilford, in London, also denies beating another man who knocked on the door during the incident on March 20, 2009, and tying him up while he raped the woman.

The jury at the trial watched a recorded interview of the alleged female victim, who was 28 at the time of the alleged offences, given to police in June this year.

She said she was in the property with the defendant, who had been drinking and became angry then went around locking all the doors of the property.

The woman said: “I knew basically I was stuck and I was in a great deal of danger. He got a knife from the kitchen and dragged me upstairs then he took me into the bedroom and made me sit on the bed.”

She said Elamin put the knife to her face and made her perform a sex act on him.

She said: “I have never been so frightened and he’s laughing all the time while he’s doing this.”

The alleged victim said while they were in the bedroom another man knocked on the door and Elamin dragged him into the house before beating him and leaving him tied up as he took her into another bedroom.

She said: “He pushed me on to the bed and forced himself on me.”

The trial continues.
