A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital after injuring her ankle on the coast path at Upton Fort, near Osmington Mills.
Portland rescue helicopter, Wyke Coastguards and South West Ambulance Service were called to the scene after an emergency call yesterday morning to report a woman with a suspected broken ankle.
She was flown to Dorset County Hospital.
