A FAMILY-RUN business celebrated raising over £300 for Weldmar as a result of fundraising efforts at this year’s Dorset County Show.
Dorset-based fuels and lubricants company WP Group raised £334.88 for the hospice, which provides palliative care for patients with cancer and other progressive conditions, such as motor neurone disease, who require specialist help.
Jon Panton, Weldmar’s Business Fundraising Manager, was presented with the cheque by David Fairchild, Managing Director of WP Group.
Staff attended the County Show and passed round collection tins for the charity.
