Friends bed down to raise £1,632

THE Weymouth and Portland Friends Group raised £1,632.67 for the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust by holding a charity dance at the Pavilion.
The money raised was used to purchase a new bed for the in-patient ward at the Joseph Weld Hospice.
The charity is extremely grateful to this very hard-working group of volunteers who raise funds throughout the year' on its behalf.
