Final duties
NEW Governor of Dorchester Moose Kevin Parry
was collared' by his predecessor Robert Wall at a
special changeover ceremony.
Kevin's appointment marks a double for the Parry
household, as his wife Katrina is also president of the
Dorchester Moose Ladies Circle.
The Cattistock couple are both active members of the
Dorchester Strollers and the Magna Housing Residents
Association.
One of the final duties of outgoing governor of Mr Wall
was to present a cheque for £500 to Phillippa Eversden
of Headway Dorset.
Headway Dorset helps brain-damaged people of the
county and gives support to their carers.
The money was raised over the last year by taking
stalls, in particular a coconut shy, to fairs and fetes.
