Festival awards
THREE family members of
Weymouth Cine and Video Club
won their individual entries at the
annual Frome Five Minute Festival.
The amateur film competition is
organised by Frome Film and Video
Makers and the films entered must
be no longer than five minutes.
There was stiff competition with a
total of 43 films entered in seven
categories, and some came from as
far a field as Australia.
Mavis Butler came second in the
travelogue category with Sunday In
The Park, Melvyn Butler came first in
the open with An Evil Eye For
London and Liz Butler came first in
the animation with Dancing Shoes.
