ST EDWARD'S Church at Athelhampton will be laying on a host of services for Orthodox Easter next week.
The Orthodox Holy week, or Pascha, starts with a Palm Sunday service tomorrow and there will be a main Easter service at 9pm next Saturday.
Throughout the week parish priest Father David Harris will be hosting a number of services for events and will be welcoming any newcomers who want to come along. He said: "We normally get quite a few people coming along once they hear what is happening. There is also an increasing number of people coming to the area from Eastern Europe and they may not be aware that there is an Orthodox church within easy reach."
