WI members enjoy a visit to Devon

MEMBERS of the Broadmayne and West Knighton WI greatly enjoyed a visit to the beautiful Borrow Gardens in Devon, part of a successful outing, when blue skies and warm sunshine were the order of the day.

20mph speed limit refused

BROADMAYNE Parish Council has been told that the request for a 20 mph limit for Knighton Lane in the vicinity of the School has been refused by the county council, as the length of road involved does not meet the council's criteria for a lower limit.
