School holidays are fast approaching

- ARE you wondering how to keep the children occupied during the school holidays?
Sarah Hewitt will be running intensive swimming classes at Broadmayne First School on Monday and Wednesday, July 28 and 30 and Friday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, August 1, 4, 6 and 8 from 3 - 3.30pm and 3.30 -4.00pm.
The charge will be £12 per week.

- THE next Friday Market will be held on July 25 from 2 to 3.30pm in St Martin's Church Hall.
The normal cakes, local produce, fair trade goods, crafts and plants will be on sale, the library will be open and tea will be available.

The markets during 2008 have raised nearly £1500 towards refurbishment of a new kitchen and disabled toilets.
- ON Saturday, September 13 a coffee morning will be held from 10am to 12.30pm in St Martin's Church Hall.
Proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Gifts for raffle prizes or cakes and preserves to sell would be very much appreciated.
