Admitted being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop. Community order with requirement to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admitted failing to report the above accident. Community order with requirement as above. Also admitted driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Also admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. No separate penalty.
