ADAM TERRY ARTHUR POPE, aged 27, of Hopegood Close, Chalton Marshall. Admitted assault by beating. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with requirement to participate in Keeping Calm programme. Ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85. Also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. No action taken on breach, order to continue.
LIAM CHRISTOPHER BALLINGER, aged 24, of New Road, Gillingham. Admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay costs of £85.
