BILLY LEE VICTOR PURCELL, aged 20, of Ludbourne Road, Sherborne. Found guilty of committing assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for three weeks forthwith concurrent. Also admitted breaching an order of conditional discharge for 18 months imposed in January, 2014, for an offence of racially, religiously aggravated harassment. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by West Dorset Magistrates’ Court in April, 2014, by failing to report as directed for the BRR requirement and the supervision requirement. KIM GEORGINA ROGERS, aged 27, of Coles Lane, Milborne St Andrew. Proved in absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence having been required to by Dorset Police.
