Also admitted driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty.

CRAIG FREDERICK GILPIN, aged 44, c/o of High East Street, Dorchester. Admitted using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence. Fined £75.

Committed to prison for 6 weeks suspended for 12 months with requirement not to enter the Star kebab shop, Gillingham, for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £150. Also admitted racially/religiously aggravated fear/provocation of violence by words/writing. Committed to prison for 6 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months with requirement as above.
