MICHAEL LEONARD WISEMAN, aged 65, of Salisbury Street, Fordington, Dorchester. Proved in absence of being the registered keeper of a vehicle and failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Fined £175 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

TRACEY ELIZABETH TATE, aged 40, of Holbaek Close, Dorchester. Admitted having been required to provide a specimen for breath analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the secretary of State under the Road Traffic Act, in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
