CHRISTOPHER IAN NYE, aged 29, of Sunningdale Road, Yeovil. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely The Esplanade, Weymouth after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 69 micrograms in 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £320 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined £150.

WARREN ROSS, aged 43, of Twyford Avenue, Portsmouth. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road or public place, namely Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it was 56 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £115 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Also disqualified from holding a driving licence for three years.

ANDREW JASON PHILLIPS, aged 23, of Hanover Road, Weymouth. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely Wyke Road, otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive a motor vehicle of that class. KIRI MARIE DERHAM, aged 24, of Mill Lane, Preston, Weymouth. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely Seven Acres Road, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it was 90 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.

DALE ASHLEY WILLIAMS, aged 28, of High Street, Wyke Regis, Weymouth. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely East Street, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it was 78 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath.
