Admitted driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely the A352, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion was 97 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.
