Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath was 89 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Ordered to pay £295 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
