In a separate case admitted at Blandford resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 14 days. Also admitted in Weymouth failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for seven days concurrent. Also admitted at Blandford wilfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 14 days concurrent. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Salisbury Street, Blandford. No separate penalty. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Community order revoked and dealt with for original offences of assaulting a constable, failing to surrender to custody, destroying a window and stealing a can of lager.
