Careers College is for 1,300 Year 10 (age 15) students from across Dorset.

Each student completes a programme of workshops providing hands-on experience of occupations they have chosen from a menu of 70 different options.

The journalism workshop produces the Careers College Echo each day.

Careers College is sponsored by Dorset County Council, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, West Dorset District Council, Poole Council and the Chesil Partnership. It is organised by Weymouth College and offered at Weymouth College and Kingston Maurward College.
