The mechanical session in Weymouth College’s careers fair proved to be a great success.
Students learned a variety of valuable basic skills relating to their chosen workshop. A student named Tom Webber told us he was having a fantastic time and would definitely consider attending Weymouth College judging on the activities he had took part in today.
We also visited a bricklaying workshop where we interviewed two boys, Connor Jones and Jordan Lilly.
They were really enthusiastic about the activities they took part in and told us they had enjoyed the brickwork and learned some very useful skills.
Overall, Weymouth College careers fair has been a extremely positive experience all round and provided students with a superb taster of a variety of different career choices.
