Students raise funds for air ambulance at special events

STUDENTS from Kingston Maurward handed over £1,848 to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
The students, on the administration and office skills course, raised the money by organising two projects - a fashion show and a Get Ready to Party
event.
The fashion show attracted more than 100 people including students, friends and relatives.
The Get Ready to Party evening brought in lots of people to see and try hair and beauty products and jewellery.
The air ambulance crew dropped in and chatted to the students after receiving the cheque.
