THE pages of Looking Back have proved a bit of a catalyst for a Sidney Hall-inspired reunion.
A few weeks ago we featured Patti Aston, of Weymouth, and her memories of going to school there in 1952.
She mentioned that there is a group of friends who she went to school with there whom she is still in touch with.
The group recently got together for a reunion, with one of the former Holy Trinity schoolgirls catching up with her classmates on a visit from Australia.
Patti said: “Joy Graham was on holiday for a few days from Australia, so we all met up once again.
“It was a super day. It was just amazing to all be together again and to think we were all together all those years ago at the Sidney Hall.”
