CAN anyone help a former Bridport resident now living in Ireland?

Steve Symes got in touch after coming across this photo over Christmas from an old edition of the Bridport News.

It's a picture of a young Steve which was taken in the football season 1964 to 1965.

Steve was in the winning cup side as a member of St Mary's School. The successful schoolboys took home the knock-out shield of the West Dorset Football Association Primary League.

Steve said: "I was 10 or 11 at the time the photo was taken and my family left Bridport in late 1965.

"I came top of the school at St. Mary’s Primary in 1965 and I remember Jane Tanswell was runner up.

"I was wondering where these people are now, what they did? How many are still alive and in Bridport?"

Steve has lived in the west of Ireland since 1980.

If you're featured in the photo do get in touch so we can give Steve an update.
