THE Railway Children will be arriving at the Evergreens Cinema when the 1970 family favourite film gets a special screening.
Based on E Nesbit’s much-loved novel, this enchanting film has stellar performances from Dinah Sheridan, Jenny Agutter, and an all-star cast. The Railway Children has now become one of the British cinema’s classic films of all time, and is a timeless and enduring favourite.
The film will be shown at Age UK Dorchester on Wednesday, November 8.
The cinema lights will dim at 1.45pm and tea and biscuits will be served
during the showing for just £1.50 as well as ice creams.
Everyone is welcome to come along to the Evergreens Cinema at Age UK Dorchester’s centre in Prince of Wales Road, to enjoy an afternoon of especially selected films on the big screen in good company.
