| ECO-FRIENDLY: Sarah Ayton |
World Champion Yngling sailor Sarah Ayton said (speaking about herself and fiancé Nick Dempsey): "We try and be as eco-friendly as we can. We always put the recycling bin out and luckily we have really good neighbours who do it for us if we're away.
"We do as much as we can but it's obviously quite difficult because we're not here long enough to establish a routine.
"We always turn the tap off when we're cleaning our teeth and don't just let the water run and things like that.
"Sailing is also an eco-friendly sport - with sail power there's no need to burn fuel during races."
