How about fixing Weymouth's pavements?

Now motorists have all their roads explained for the wretched Olympics, how about the council doing something about pavements in and around town?
After all, some of the Olympians may want to see what the town is like – a walk around it.
There are potholes, cracked pavements, raised manhole covers, etc, all laying in wait to trip someone up.
I use a mobility buggy, and I feel it is like driving over an assault course, (not that I ever have).
So, help, please council.
