Olympic cash is a mystery to me

I know so little about how decisions are made locally, especially in this ‘joyous’ run up to the Olympics. How so much money can be found to spend on traffic lights, roads and lasers and where it comes from in financially difficult times is a mystery.

I now wonder why only 12 councillors vote in favour of funding disabled access and specialist toilets at the Osprey Leisure Centre?

if its for the olympics, or a council folly no problem, if its for something that taxpayers want forget it.

ps maybe that should be the 2012 motto for wpbc
