Lick of paint not timed at all well

Didn’t the seafront look nice with its new coat of paint on the footpath?

I walked along there on Tuesday, April 24 and it had been dug up again, presumably to put in electricity to the upright metal monstrosities that look like mobile phone masts.

I can’t believe this wasn’t done before the footpath was painted.

What a waste of money

Trouble is Chris, that would take a little bit of thought and forward planning, something this council has no idea how to do. Still elections comming up soon, so we can get rid of at least one third of them, and start afresh with some fresh blood in this useless council.
