Are they above criticism?
I FEEL I must respond to the letter Camera vehicles are parked legally' (Echo, April 25) from Pat Garrett of the Dorset Safety Camera Partnership. This particularly arrogant and condescending reply sums up the worries of what appears to be the vast majority of road users.
The defence has been to attack the so many' road users who are unlucky enough to have to contribute to the fund that, I would like to remind Mr Garrett, keeps him in his somewhat gainful employment.
Am I alone in wondering when either police or council officers decided that they are not just the upholders of the law but also personally above criticism or question by the very people who employ them to serve us.
