A great start for awareness week
A HUGE thank you to the organisers of Pennsylvania Castle Plant and Craft Fair. It was a wonderful event and gave our local breast feeding support group, based at Community 2000 Portland, a chance to raise much needed funds and kick start a week of activities during Breast Feeding Awareness Week.
Much of what we sold was donated by friends and family but a big thank you needs to go to Value House, Wilkinsons and Weymouth Garden Centre who supported us by providing goods to sell on the day.
Our next big event is a fashion show of ladies and children's clothes at Radipole Primary School on Thursday, May 15. For more information on breast feeding and Breast Feeding Awareness Week please email breastfriendsportland@yahoo.co.uk
.
