There is a chance to experience the magical annual lambing event at Kingston Maurward College.

Visitors can enjoy a free tractor and trailer ride and see all the other animals in the farm park this weekend. Meet top blacksmiths at the new college forge and enjoy displays from the Sharandays Birds of Prey.

Last weekend was the first of two weekend events and hundreds of people flocked to the grounds of the college just outside Dorchester.

Dawn Vincent from Seaton, in Devon, said: “It was a lovely day out. It was the first time we went and we were pleasantly surprised. My son, who is three, absolutely loved the lambs.”

The event runs from 10am until 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
