A CHEMICAL tanker has come in to Weymouth Bay after running out of fuel.
The Global Star, with 14 Russian crewmen onboard, is on its way to India to be scrapped.
The 8,000 tonne ship got as far as Portland before running out of fuel and crawled in to Weymouth Bay.
