FOLK artists Ninebarrow will perform in Dorchester at the Corn Exchange on Saturday (8) at 8pm.The duo's latest album Releasing the Leaves was awarded five stars in both Maverick Magazine and the English Folk Dance and Song Society Magazine.
Ninebarrow are building a huge reputation for their innovative and captivating take on the folk tradition. Described by Mike Harding as ‘sounding damn fine’ and by Seth Lakeman as ‘a fantastic duo’, Jon Whitley and Jay LaBouchardiere combine breathtaking vocal harmonies and melodies with songs that are rooted in the landscape and history of the British Isles.
Releasing the Leaves was also listed in The Telegraph’s Top Folk Albums of 2016.
